How we work
A good data flow
starts with
good questions.
We turn your practical problem into a concrete, traceable process, from the initial overview to a tested connection and handover.
Four steps with clear results
From the first question
to the tested connection.
Each step has a clear goal, turning your starting point into a traceable process.
Understand
Where is the data stored? Who needs it, and what should become easier afterwards?
Result: a clearly defined task.
Connect
We check interfaces, permissions and the appropriate path between your systems.
Result: a suitable access and transfer method.
Process
Map, transform, validate. Business rules become part of the data flow.
Result: data that meets the agreed rules.
Deliver
Data reaches its destination, with clear feedback and predictable operation.
Result: a tested connection with a clear handover.
What you bring.
What we clarify.
You know your daily operation. We examine the technical possibilities. Together, we turn them into a clear project scope.
- Which applications do you use today?
- Which data is maintained repeatedly or transferred manually?
- Where should this information be available afterwards?
- How current does the data need to be?
- Who is responsible for the systems involved?
Daily operation is part of the project
The connection works.
And afterwards?
An interface is part of your operation. We therefore plan beyond the first successful record.
Traceable processing
Results, errors and retries are documented so that those responsible can understand what happened and what needs attention.
Tests using your rules
Normal operation is not the only consideration. Missing values, duplicates, format changes and interruptions are tested according to the agreed scope.
Clear handover
Access methods, responsibilities and necessary operational steps are documented. Further support is agreed separately.
Planning without detours
Before the first
Data package.
How long does a project take?
This depends on interfaces, data quality and the agreed scope. Once the initial technical questions are resolved, we can determine tasks, dependencies and a realistic schedule.
Can we start with a small part?
Yes. A limited data flow is often a good starting point. It must provide value on its own and fit technically into a later extension.
Do you need credentials for the first discussion?
No. System names, a process description and, if needed, an anonymized example are enough for an overview. Access is provided through an appropriate method only for specific tasks.
Can you work with our software provider?
Yes, if this makes sense for the interface and you commission us to do so. Documentation, vendor approvals and responsibilities are coordinated.
Your next data flow starts with a conversation
Which connection
are you missing?
Describe your systems and today's workaround. We will clarify how your data can reach its destination.
