Connect systems
Are your systems talking past each other?
We connect them.
ERP, online store and CRM need not remain separate data islands. We develop data exchange that fits your applications and processes.
Discuss your projectThe starting point
The data exists.
So does the workaround.
An order in the store. A second entry in the ERP. A third in the CRM. The information already exists. A suitable interface collects it where it originates and delivers it to the system that needs it.
What we clarify together
- Check available interfaces and application limitations
- Align fields, formats and business rules
- Transfer orders, customer or master data selectively
- Detect errors and handle them transparently
- Document access, responsibilities and operation
One possible scenario
One order. One continuous process.
An online store accepts an order. The interface checks customer details and product numbers, sends the order to the ERP and reports the processing status back.
Illustrative example; no claim of an already delivered customer project.
For technical assessment
The technology follows
the task.
We evaluate these approaches according to your data and your systems' capabilities.
REST APIs and webhooks
Retrieve data through existing programming interfaces or transfer it on an event. Permissions, limits and retries are part of the planning.
SOAP, XML and JSON
Older web services can also be connected. We convert structures and values into the format expected by each application.
Files and databases
If no API exists, we examine documented file imports, exports or database access. The appropriate approach depends on the system, vendor and permissions.
Before we start
Good to know.
Your specific starting point determines the right solution path.
Can every application be connected?
This depends on available interfaces, access permissions and licence terms. We first check the actual possibilities. Without supported data access, we cannot promise arbitrary connections.
Can you connect a REST API?
Yes. We check authentication, data structure, required endpoints and API limits. We then plan transfer, error handling and secure storage of credentials.
Can systems connect without a modern API?
File imports, exports, SOAP or approved SQL/ODBC access are often options. Direct database changes use only a method appropriate to the business and technical requirements.
Do I need to replace my existing software?
Not automatically. Our first step is to check how your existing applications can work together. We recommend replacement only if the existing setup cannot reasonably meet your requirements.
The next consideration
Perhaps there's
more to connect.
A few brief details are enough
Which applications need to work together?
Tell us about your systems and the data that needs to move between them.
