2. Website delivery and security
Technically necessary information is processed when you visit the website. This includes your IP address, time and requested address, as well as browser and device information. It supports website delivery, error analysis and security. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. Cloudflare, Inc. may process technical access data in doing so. Cloudflare provides information about this in its Privacy policy available. Processing outside the European Economic Area is subject to the applicable data protection requirements.
3. Contacting us
When you contact us through the inquiry form, by phone or by email, we process your information to answer your inquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a project. The inquiry form collects your name, company, email address, telephone number and description of your request. The message is emailed to the operator; no automatic email copy is sent to you and no additional form entry is stored in WordPress. Email is transported through Google Workspace SMTP Relay. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry concerns a contract or steps before entering into a contract; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to handling the inquiry.
Please do not send passwords, API keys or complete personal datasets in your initial inquiry. Anonymized data is sufficient for initial technical examples.
4. Booking appointments through Google
After clicking “Book an initial consultation” or “Initial consultation”, Google's appointment booking is embedded in a dialog on this website. Google's calendar loads only when the dialog opens. Technically necessary data, particularly your IP address and browser information, is then sent to Google. Google may use its own cookies and features.
You can close the dialog at any time. No Google calendar is loaded on public content pages unless you open appointment booking.
The booking page may process your appointment details and the contact information you enter. We use the booking information provided to us to prepare for and conduct the appointment. Processing on Google's page is additionally subject to Google's Google's privacy notices.
5. Project access and cookies
The “Project access” link leads to the WordPress login. When you log in, the system processes the necessary account and session information. Technically necessary cookies may be set for authentication and security functions.
The redesigned public content pages use no additional analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded directly from this website. Social media embeds are not used in the design. The technical infrastructure may provide necessary security functions.
6. Recipients and retention
Appointed technical service providers may process data where necessary for delivery, security, communication or appointment management. Data is processed for as long as required for its purpose or by statutory retention obligations. The specific duration depends on the nature and context of the data; a contact inquiry may develop into a contractual relationship.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn for the future.
To exercise your rights, contact the controller named above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
